Contact us within 14 days of your first paid charge to request a refund. This applies once per customer.

Renewals

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and remain active through the paid period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable.

Email billing@getbotbeacon.com from your account email with the charge date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
